Administrative Business Partner, Data Center Operations

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities co-ordination, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Ability to be organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively while proactively and solution-oriented, anticipating potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous situations to guidelines and preferences set by the business and executives and to be adaptable to various engaging demands with creativity and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to act as a resourceful team-player.
  • Excellent team-work skills and the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders (i.e, leaders, team members, executive administrative business partner (EABPs).

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you be will ensure smooth operations and contribute directly to achieving objectives. You will anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise, allowing leaders to concentrate on high-level initiatives. You will move quickly with the changing environment and will be up to date with the latest Google products and services. You will also use that knowledge to support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and investigative, you will possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions. Your exceptional organizational abilities, combined with a sharp investigative mind and strong business sense, will foster seamless collaboration with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be a partner, pivotal to your team's overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and optimize calendars, travel, expenses and priorities for executive managers on site while operating effectively in a changing environment.
  • Schedule, maintain, and update management calendar. Prepare meetings for executive management or team. 
  • Anticipate executive management needs as a trusted thought partner who proactively identify issues, develop creative solutions, improves team operations, and demonstrates organizational skills by prioritizing tasks with precision and detail while growing in ambiguous, changing environments.
  • Maintain the standards of Google confidentiality, with an understanding of Google policies and procedures.
  • Participate actively as a member of the global partnerships ABP community and contribute to site and culture initiatives. Assess and advocate for office space needs. Complete travel coordination tasks with an ability to communicate and collaborate with a various range of people and job functions.
