Technical Recruiter (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
  • 2 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
  • 3 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages by leveraging expertise to secure top talent.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships, along with strong accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle to prioritize an exceptional experience and continually enhance processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner strategically with hiring teams and stakeholders to drive impactful recruitment practices and achieve hiring goals.
  • Drive effective and transparent cross-functional communication to achieve staffing objectives and foster partnerships.
  • Develop and execute staffing plans to attract high-quality talent and optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Source and evaluate talent, manage efficient interview processes, and drive offer stages, including compensation discussions and successful closures.
