As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be leading the development and implementation of data center risk management programs at various levels (site, regional, global). You will be responsible for identifying and reducing risks across Google Data Center Operations by collaborating with various teams. You will create and present executive-level summaries of the most significant risks, ensuring they are thoroughly analyzed with proposed solutions, and communicate these to leadership through presentations like program reviews. Finally, you will establish metrics to track the effectiveness of the risk management program and drive continuous improvement.

The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
