Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising; particularly planning and advertising on Display and Video 360.
  • Experience in advertising product development and commercialization (including uncovering needs of stakeholders/customers/users, synthesizing market feedback to influence product roadmaps, and communicating with both business and technical collaborators, including executives).
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams with the ability to influence peers and leaders through communications and business strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing highest impact work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to build persuasive data supported business cases.

A Global Product Solutions Lead is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you will help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. This role sits in the YouTube+ Global Product Solutions team, with a mission to fuel innovation that keeps YouTube and Video free and accessible to the world by effectively monetizing YouTube with advertisers.

As the Video Media Planning and Reporting Global Product Solutions Lead, you will focus on helping advertisers understand the full value of their advertising and plan for campaigns bought programmatically with Google through Display and Video 360. In this role, you will focus on first-party (Google) reach and frequency planning and reporting innovations that enable planning for YouTube and third-party video inventory including advertising on connected TVs and over-the-top services bought in Display and Video 360. You will also help to set the holistic strategy for Google’s planning on connected TVs and over-the-top services. This role involves looking towards emerging trends for the future of advertising planning and identifying how Google can plan an innovative and distinct role in helping our advertisers plan their media.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize insights, feedback and research to inform product prioritization and enable business strategies that meet user cross-media planning and reporting needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on product development priorities and execution of go-to-market strategies for planning on Display and Video 360.
  • Commercialize products through the creation of product adoption goals, training, templates/narratives, product roadmaps, and other business materials to drive product adoption.
  • Lead beta tests for evolving products/features to enable achievement of milestones by coordinating seller/advertiser participation and engagement. Lead annual product prioritization efforts to inform product needs in the market to inform roadmaps. Own measurement evolution on Cross Media Reach Reporting and Unique Reach Reporting on DV360.
  • Direct overall project management activities, including cross-functional and executive level leadership updates, third-party data licensing.
