Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in measurement, data, or analytics roles.
- Experience working in corporate Marketing teams, creative agencies, or consultancy roles.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in creating videos from various ideas, and with Ad campaigns with creators.
- Experience working with creative agencies.
- Experience working with and presenting to executives and C-level clients, and ability to work concurrently with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and, strategic skills.

The Google Creative Works team is a strategic value-add service for Google’s global and regional clients. Our teams help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age and assist clients in connecting with their audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating creative and relevant ideas for brands to partner with YouTube creators across Spanish Latin America. You will leverage your knowledge of the creative ecosystem, the creator economy, and nuances of working with influencers to develop impactful campaigns. Your curiosity for YouTube and social platform culture will fuel your ability to identify emerging trends. You will lead creative projects from concept to presentation, managing various stakeholders and inspiring clients with your goal. A constant hunger to learn and explore new frontiers, including integrating AI platforms into the creative process, is essential for success in this environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive YouTube Creative Impact. Lead the development of YouTube video campaigns, leverage platform understanding, audience insights, and YouTube creators to maximize creativity and achieve business results.
- Accelerate Google's advertisers and partners ability to create more effective ads that drive business objectives and grow Google/YouTube business.
- Remain at the forefront of YouTube platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends in video content and share them with the creative ecosystem and clients.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance, showcasing key insights to stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations based on data analyses, offer insights, creative ideas/feedback on creative assets.
