Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in programmatic sales with a proven record of consistent success.
  • Experience in sales management, leading and developing team members.
  • Knowledge of the linear, connected TV (CTV), social, and digital video marketplace.
  • Knowledge and passion for Google's ad products, especially Display and Video 360.
  • Ability to collaborate across different stakeholders to build and execute ambitious strategies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships with executive clients and stakeholders.

In this role, you will work with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners to set objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the business.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$275,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of programmatic sellers within the Large Customer Sales (LCS) team across the respective verticals; attract, develop, and retain talent in all roles across the team.
  • Develop effective relationships with cross-functional partners to deliver insights, ideas and customer service that drives business growth for our clients.
  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline, analyze data trends and client performance to develop plans, and lead preparation and delivery of presentations and narratives.
  • Partner with cross-functional and peer leaders to serve as an industry thought leader in order to empower sellers to have more forward looking conversations and accelerate business growth.
  • Develop and foster C-Level relationships, and generate growth from a set of key accounts.
