Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams
  • Understanding of Enterprise Software business models.
  • Ability to work quickly on a wide range of topics from accounting business recognition to AI/ML applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.

As The Strategic Operations Principal, you will be a trusted partner responsible for managing the rhythm of the business, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of our operational priorities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $171,000-$254,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analysis that informs Cloud’s AI strategy such as identifying impacts of accelerating growth through ISV and SI partners, analyzing opportunity size for products, or identifying of business acceleration through customer cohort analysis.
  • Work with VP leaders to support day-to-day decision making through timely analysis.
  • Define and manage processes needed to operationalize strategic initiatives such as maintaining optimized utilization of technical infrastructure or defining the critical financial and customer metrics to measure success across teams in portfolio planning, annual planning, and OKRs.
  • Drive alignment of the Product Operations team's priorities with executive stakeholders and provide coaching and mentorship to develop team members.
