Program Manager, Cloud Capacity Planning

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of program management experience.
  • Experience with supply chain operations and SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, including SysAdmin knowledge.
  • Experience in Analytics, SQL, SAP, CRM, ERP and Supply Chain planning systems.
  • Experience in project management with effective collaboration skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order flow and process from when the order is placed to when it’s delivered.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to anticipate supply and demand issues to drive the order management function.
  • Build and send daily/weekly/monthly Order Management reports for various internal/external stakeholders and ensure new orders are transacted accurately.
  • Understand order/inventory management systems to identify opportunities to improve and streamline operations.
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements in partnership with cross-functional teams and collaborate with the Engineering Development team to drive Automation initiatives.
