Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy consulting, financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • 5 years of experience in a sales leadership and people management role, including coaching, mentoring, and team development.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc).
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

The Planning and Measurement team at Google is a critical part of our advertising business, ensuring that our clients understand the value and impact of their campaigns.

In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor and consultant, working closely with both Google leadership and CXOs to develop and implement robust marketing strategies that drive business. You will leverage Google's cutting-edge data and technology to provide actionable insights that improve advertising effectiveness and drive business results. You'll help drive better measurement practices across a portfolio of clients in e-commerce, gaming and travel.

industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own investigative modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize investigative tools and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business growth, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the data/investigative stakeholders on the client’s/partner’s side.
  • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate team priorities that support organizational goals.
