Specialist Manager, gTech Ads

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in developing relationships with customers, and working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
  • 5 years of experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
  • Experience with leadership in applying data insights to have an impact on business performance.
  • Experience in creating annual business and investment plans.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries to influence teams with similar objectives, aligning resources and direction.
  • Knowledge of Media Industry issues to advance Google's strategies within the marketplace by being creative and performance-minded.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product specialists responsible for driving the strategy to help advertisers meet their business objectives.
  • Be a coach for the team and demonstrate expansive and reductive thinking. Provide mentorship, career evaluations and facilitate professional development plans.
  • Focus on promoting a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around Customer/Marketing Objectives and building commercial muscle within the team to help deliver business growth through scaled work.
  • Prioritize and build capabilities and be the point of contact for gTech Ads Solutions for markets.
  • Contribute and own the strategy development and execution for your team.
