Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program management.
- Experience in data analytics, reports/dashboard, data pipelines using SQL or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with data analytics, reports/dashboard, data pipelines using SQL or Python.
- 2 years of technical program management experience in a data-related domain.
- Experience influencing and leading organizational change in metrics organizations.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team with global geographically dispersed program managers, data engineers and data scientists to understand, implement and deploy actionable analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with global geographically distributed program managers, data engineers and data scientists to understand, implement and deploy actionable analytics solutions.
- Drive system and process development to improve the quality of analytics products with respect to data security, data quality, and data privacy.
- Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in close collaboration with program stakeholders.

- Establish an operations measurement framework and develop and execute a long term strategy.
