Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, or investment banking, in the media and entertainment (TV, Film, Streaming), traditional and digital content producers, influencer and creator networks/agencies, digital news and journalism or educational content providers.
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end partnerships.
- Experience working autonomously in a dynamic, ever-changing, and collaborative environment.
- Ability to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

In this role, you will build and strengthen relationships with key industry partners, consulting our partners on their YouTube strategy, and meticulously tracking their impact to drive both our mutual success. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for YouTube's cross-functional alignment with Google's public affairs and corporate communications teams, playing a vital role in ensuring a safe and trusted platform for our diverse user base. This involves engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, including opinion leaders, to foster a positive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Align product/content with partner goals, drive adoption, and secure necessary content through agreement and acquisitions.
- Build a partner network to advocate for the platform, and represent YouTube at industry events.
- Manage partner issues, educate on policies, and ensure agreement/corpus hygiene.
- Support product innovation through creator engagement and pilot feedback, and develop effective pitch tactics.
- Contribute to the Googler community, enhance personal expertise and for managers, focus on results, development, and community building.
