Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in business, building client relationships, or account management.
- Experience in business or consulting with Cloud based technologies (e.g., Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS)) in a global environment.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in promoting Google Workspace or productivity tools in Australia and New Zealand market.
- Experience in executing email campaigns and using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Experience in promoting with and through resellers.
- Experience in translating analysis and insights into business plans.
- Experience in Cloud/SaaS promoting to SMB and Mid-Market customers.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Google Cloud customers to maintain and grow their existing business.
- Work with business partners to generate business opportunities within their customer base.
- Identify opportunities to advocate for other parts of the Google product and services portfolio.
- Share customer feedback with Product and Marketing to improve the overall customer experience.
