Industry Head, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Indonesia’s technology and advertising landscape, with understanding of Indonesia’s fintech, ecommerce and telco industries.
  • Knowledge and experience of using Google and YouTube advertising solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to support client relationship management in this region
  • Ability to identify opportunities, take initiative, and deliver results across multiple teams with minimal guidance and formal support.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment.

As Industry Head, you will lead and coach performing account teams that use consultative skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver solutions. You will also work with the Sales Leadership team to set objectives and drive the day-to-day operations for the business. You will help the team deliver on ambitious goals and partner directly with clients to exceed business and merchant growth goals across markets and industries.

industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how
Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow Google's presence in Indonesia with focus on sectors like fintech, e-commerce, telco and media and entertainment.
  • Manage business growth and encourage the utilization of Google as the media channel for our partners. Understand and solve client issues proactively and creatively, and constantly strive for improvement.
  • Build an advertising sales operation capable of providing service to Google’s advertisers and agencies with a collaborative approach. Lead and develop agreements.
  • Manage relationships with a set of stakeholders. Lead sales portfolio, operate as an independent contributor or managing teams across various workflows crossing strategy development to core sales execution.
  • Represent the Google Brand proposition both internally (e.g. leadership engagements) and externally (e.g. customers, agencies, conferences).
