Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with Python and C++ programming languages.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with pipelines, system integration, load balancing, with knowledge of web protocols, networking, and systems.
- Experience with infrastructure management and maintenance.
- Experience with performance monitoring and optimization.
- Experience managing engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers responsible for the development and maintenance of the infrastructure, guide the team in defining and achieving OKRs, improve efficiencies, and support a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Develop and maintain new tools, infrastructure, and services to provide development, debugging, and velocity for partner teams.
- Engage with partner teams and provide automated solutions to engineering issues and developer pain points.
- Lead the team to meet productivity and quality goals within established timelines, initiate and deliver process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with established standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, drive knowledge management, conduct performance appraisals, identify and address training needs, and participate in recruitment and training programs.
