Senior Digital Strategy Lead, Accelerated Growth Team

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels
    (e.g., telephone, email, in-person meetings) to prospects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • 2 years of experience working in the digital advertising industry or product area, and working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management with managing advertising or media campaigns.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Ability to multitask, and experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.

As a Senior Digital Strategy Lead within Accelerated Growth Team (AGT), you will identify and grow customer prospects within a segment of the Google Customer Solutions ecosystem to set them up for accelerated and sustainable growth on our platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$168,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business challenges and strategic priorities.
  • Lead the development of Joint Business Plans, aligning with customers on ambitious goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock transformative growth opportunities.
  • Design and pitch powerful, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business sale goals.
  • Clearly demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
  • Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a robust pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
