Senior Analytical Lead, Travel

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, data analytics, performance marketing, business analysis, product strategy, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in leading projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
  • Experience with online advertising (e.g., Apps, Search, Display, Video/TV), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.
  • Experience with performing marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
  • Experience with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, experiments, incrementality, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills with comfort delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be an expert in helping prove the value of Google media via the triangulation of incrementality experiments, Marketing mix modeling (MMM), and attribution, use predictive and statistical modeling techniques to solve tests, uncover opportunities and develop solutions for client businesses.
  • Seek out key decision makers, test the status quo and influence decisions by telling stories with data, both visually and verbally. Foster client relationships including marketing/advertising, analytics, finance and corporate strategy.
  • Partner with internal and external products, research, data and measurement teams to bring full problem-solving capabilities to customers.
  • Consult with clients as an industry advocate and analyst on their total opportunity and value delivered for driving their business outcomes with a growth mentality.
  • Develop strategic measurement plans in partnership with external client sponsorship, bringing the Google and Specialist teams along for execution.
