Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of work experience in software development.
- 5 years of coding experience in one or more of the following languages: C++, C, or Rust.
- 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects.
- Experience in concurrency, multithreading and synchronization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Linux Internals, Kernel, Virtualization, C++.

Responsibilities
- Own assigned functional areas.
- Understand guest (virtualized) and host (hypervisor) environments and develop secure solutions that connect both.
- Develop code in C++.
- Collaborate with peers to identify, design, create and optimize software features that run on Google's hardware stack.
- Lead the design and development of infrastructure to automatically measure and detect regressions in key performance metrics at scale.
