Key Account Manager, Devices and Services (Fixed-Term Contract) (English, Portuguese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • 2 years of experience leading in the retail or Telecom space with Consumer Electronics goods.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in sales management, business development or partner management in a consumer electronics/hardware company.
  • Experience working towards business goals.
  • Ability to interpret legal documents and work with lawyers to complete agreements.
  • Ability to plan and manage at executive and operational level within a retail sales environment.

In this role, you will launch and manage business for the hardware products in both Retail and Telco. You will support the plan go-to-market and promotion executions, resolve issues, analyze and track key metrics to identify trends. You will be collaborating cross-functionally to drive implementations designed to improve business of Google hardware.

You willl require relationship-building skills, experience in business operations, the ability to clarify and summarize issues and attention to detail. You also possess problem-solving skills regarding agreements, technical and financial issues and bring with you the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally at all levels of management. This is a cross-functional role: you will be working with all functions across Google but in particular Marketing and Channel and business Activations to build, launch, and track business programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Launch our New Products in the Portuguese market through our main customers in Retail and Telco.
  • Achieve the business goals for Pixel and its ecosystem, buds and watch collaborating with Marketing and Operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute business initiatives, develop work plans, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations.
  • Forecast and report metrics, track actual progress toward forecasts, drive and evaluate business growth of promotional and business opportunities.
  • Manage hardware products and business growth. Identify opportunities and drive the understanding you have with the partners to take Google Hardware to the next level.
