Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, internal corporate strategy, business operations, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate advisory, or similar.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, as the role requires interactions with English speakers stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience leveraging analytical skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior cross-functional stakeholders and partners and influence executive decision making, while navigating complex organizational dynamics.
About the job
In this role, you will be working closely with executive level stakeholders across global and regional operating units to define and implement Google Cloud’s top strategic priorities for Cloud Learning Services. You should expect to work on initiatives to lead learning across both B2B and B2C audiences. This will include working cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies which close the Google Cloud skills gap globally. The role will include stakeholder management, building strategic initiatives and project management.

Responsibilities
- Develop go-to-market strategies and advisory recommendations for the Cloud Learning Services leadership team.
- Support the strategic and annual business planning process with business unit leaders across global and regional operating units.
- Analyze performance trends across and develop analytical insights reports on key trends and drivers.
- Implement large-scale complex strategic initiatives to drive major changes across the learning organization by working closely with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Systems, Marketing and Communications stakeholders to execute priorities.
- Work with business leaders to craft enablement programs to land people, processes, and tooling changes with various stakeholders across Google Cloud Consulting.
