About the job

As a Marketing Manager, on the Ads Marketing Incentives and Offers team, the team's mission is to run the machinery responsible for incentive programs that help customers succeed with Google. You’ll work with analytics, sales, and customer teams to get customer insights, own programs that deliver value to customers and Google, and engineer for operational scale. You will work with a cross-functional team (e.g., Product Management, Legal, Engineering, regional and local marketing, Sales, Accounting and Finance) to lead innovation in the space.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement incentive marketing programs that help acquire new customers, and use data to define the incentives strategy for customers throughout their journey with Google Ads products.
  • Monitor the health of the incentives program by understanding its data, and analyzing it to ensure that the program is optimized.
  • Apply growth marketing principles and work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and launch incentive experiments that drive business impact.
  • Manage a global program, ensuring best practices are scaled globally and resources are invested where they have an impact.
  • Drive program operations, including managing Terms and Conditions, vendor footprint, and negotiating agreements.
