Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
- Experience with the domain area of Generative AI or Large Language Models(LLMs).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
- Experience with Cloud AI (e.g., GenAI, agents), GTM models, and the enterprise technology industry.

As an Outbound Product Manager, you will play a critical role as the technical/domain expert who shapes the direction of the the Cloud AI product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. Partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, AI Sales Specialists and key GTM cross functional teams you will provide user and market insights to help product teams make more informed roadmap decisions.
In this role, you will focus on the Vertex managed AI platform with infrastructure, tools, and frameworks for building and scaling models including Vertex AI training clusters, self deployed models on Vertex AI, and ML/GenAI Operations (Ops) along with bring new and innovative technologies to market through impactful GTM strategy and execution.

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and partners, gathering feedback and infusing these insights back into the organization, influencing product strategy, advocating differentiated features, and ensuring effective product launches.
- Drive development and secure buy-in for a product goal that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts.
- Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business).
- Interface with Product Ops, Product, Engineering, Partnership teams and others within Cloud AI and Google as well as with external customer, vendor and partner companies.
