  • Experience in working with commercial agreements.
  • Understanding of legal, financial and accounting concepts related to commercial agreements.
  • Ability to influence strategy using third-party insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, investigative, and organizational skills.

In the Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) organization, we help shape the future of the global advertising industry through the partnership with global bellwether brands, agencies and partners. By leveraging the unique perspective, position and insights on the industry to generate sustainable growth in both their trust and media investments and give rise to new global disruptors, and we scale that knowledge for the benefit of Google Business Organization, Google and the broader industry. The GCAS commercials team is focussed on driving sustainable growth across these brands and partners through strategic partnership, incentives, and pricing.

In this role, you will execute flagship commercial programs with some of the largest global advertisers in the world. You will play a critical part in ensuring seamless agreement execution, providing essential support to the Sales teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the agreement operational workflows. Your work will directly impact the ability to drive and shape the global agreement activation strategy across accounts, and maximize business results for the clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the agreement execution journey for global clients. Serve as the primary liaison for the Sales teams, provide expert guidance and proactive communication to ensure timely and successful incentive redemptions that fuel advertising business.
  • Lead diagnostics, identify and resolve issues that impede incentive redemption. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Product, and Legal, to devise and implement solutions.
  • Provide consultation on agreement structures. Triage requests, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial, legal, product/engineering and accounting considerations are addressed.
  • Catalyst for improvement within the agreement operations. Troubleshoot resolutions, scale best practices, and develop comprehensive resources that will establish you as a subject matter expert.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Advocate for customers and sellers, attend to their needs to drive the development of scalable, long-term solutions.
