Business Governance Lead, Global Strategy and Operations, Go-To-Market (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, product marketing, management consulting, or equivalent roles focused on driving adoption of technology products or services.
  • Experience in defining and executing integrated marketing plans, including digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation programs.
  • Experience collecting and interpreting data and presenting information to deliver and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience leveraging problem-solving skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
  • Experience delivering reporting and presentations by audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operations, delivery initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager for Cloud Go-To-Market, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our priorities to drive operational, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive partnerships, and execute new initiatives. The organization's goal is to align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through problem-solving insights to increase productivity.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
  • Run and improve operations by launching new programs, goal setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve milestones.
