About the job

The Cloud Legal Project Management Office (PMO) is the operational engine that powers Google Cloud Legal and in turn supports Cloud's growth at scale. We transform complexity into clarity by building the frameworks, tools and systems that allow our global legal teams to operate efficiently and effectively at scale.

Working in the Cloud Legal PMO is a unique opportunity to sit at the center of a global legal operations organization. You aren’t just a spectator to growth, you are the architect of the systems that make it possible.

As a Cloud Legal Program Manager, you support complex, multi-disciplinary projects that empower our legal teams to support Cloud’s growth at scale. You design and maintain the operational rhythms that keep our global teams aligned. You plan requirements with internal stakeholders and usher projects through their complete lifecycle, ensuring that our contracting and legal workflows are streamlined and efficient. This includes managing project schedules, identifying process bottlenecks, and clearly communicating efficiency gains and risks to stakeholders.

You’re equally at home explaining operational metrics and scaling strategies to team members as you are discussing workflow automation and tool integration needs with systems architects and tech enablement teams. You manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities for automation, improving resource allocation, and driving the operational infrastructure required to help Cloud Legal operate efficiently and sustainably. In addition to supporting new projects and opportunities to scale, you will support established work streams including scaled contracting and template support.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.
