As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The Low Greenhouse Gas Materials and Supplier Engagement Technical Program Manager (TPM) role is established to proactively set long-term objectives, targets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure that Google Data Centers' (GDC) construction and engineering outcomes align with Google’s ambitious Sustainability and NetZero goals. You will work extensively with Professional Design Services and our construction supply chain to integrate low-Green House Gas materials and modifications during product localization and track the deployment of new low-carbon technologies. Significant effort will be dedicated to partnering with General Contractors and Material providers to identify and strategize on sustainable material deployment. You will also be involved in representing Google data center construction in industry collaborations to accelerate the adoption of low-carbon practices, share best practices, and assess supplier performance against sustainability targets.

Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. We're proud to be our engineers' engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart so we can rebuild them.
