Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, client relationship, or account management.
- Technology sales experience focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in translating analysis and insights into business plans.
- Experience in executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience in Google Workspace or promoting productivity tools.
- Experience in SaaS promoting to Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and mid-market customers.
- Experience in selling with and through resellers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to upsell Google Workspace products to the existing Workspace customers.
- Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities through the partner channel.
- Cultivate Google Workspace usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction over the phone with customers.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to improve the overall experience.
