Executive Experiences Lead, ExecX, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, account planning, market research, strategy consulting, or sales leadership.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in delivery of quality experiences handling executive level audiences and a general understanding of business products.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently, and anticipate project interdependencies and triage issues accordingly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, and to interact with executives.

About the job

The Executive Experiences program hosts executives from Google’s advertising customers. Design and deliver executive level meetings, summits, labs and workshops that transform our customer and partner relationships to be broader and more with a impact on our clients’ businesses.

In this role you will be focused on transforming our relationships with executives from Google's global customer and partner base. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering summits, labs and CXO engagements held at our US campuses, ensuring they are tailored to C-level objectives and drive impact on our clients’ businesses. You will lead the planning and coordination of engagements from start to finish, including interfacing with account teams to align on dates, times, goals, content, speakers, logistics and more. You will work directly with Google account teams to craft executive experiences delivering on customer and Google partnership goals.

In addition to working on C-level or Executive level engagements, you will lead operational projects, i.e. measurement and reporting, creating process efficiencies, building a speaker bureau.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own executive experiences (summits, labs and custom CXO engagements) from planning, calendaring, briefing, and other preparation to event production, logistics management, and day-of support to quality control for materials presented to recaps and post-experience reporting.
  • Keep team and partners on track to deliver on all deadlines update and manage the engagement pipeline and all process related tools.
  • Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish metrics for projects.
  • Design and execute client engagements, collaborating with account teams to define C-level objectives, create a tailored agenda, then identifying and securing expert speakers to deliver tailored content.
  • Organize detailed reports on engagement outcomes and overall impact assessment.
