Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- Experience in back-end technologies or any of the following languages: C++, Java, Python or Go.
- Experience with C++, Large Scale Distributed Systems or Technical Infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with two or more from the following: Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, networking, developing large software systems, or security software development.

Google TV is redefining the TV experience to make it highly personalized, Google-smart, and content-forward to help users access the world’s media. Through recent launches like Chromecast with Google TV, we bring together the best of Google. Google TV is focused on scaling across the OEM ecosystem; working closely with third-party streaming partners plus many teams across Google (for example: Ads, Play, and YouTube); and building a business on TV platforms, OTT devices, and mobile devices. Responsibilities
- Make strong technical contributions including design and coding.
- Lead the design and implementation of the data infrastructure to support TV analytics, experimentation and Machine Learning data needs.
- Collaborate with partner teams across Google like Android Metrics, Play Analytics, Assistant/Gemini analytics and Home. Create Impact that will run across cross functional teams.
- Work on data compliance needs and on regulations like Direct Memory Access (DMA), EU AI Act.
