Senior Manager, Security Partner Development, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in partner strategy, business development, product management, or a related role focused on cybersecurity and AI.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud architecture in a partner-facing or support role.
  • Experience with security and compliance technologies, (e.g. cloud identity and access management, network security, data security, regulatory compliance frameworks) or creating security architectures.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in security.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in building and scaling partner programs from inception to execution.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud's security portfolio and AI/ML services.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically and drive results in a fast-paced environment with strong skills to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build a visionary program leveraging Google Cloud's AI to address critical cybersecurity needs by identifying key use cases, developing services and creating enablement materials.
  • Develop and execute a global partner strategy by identifying and onboarding partners ready to adopt AI in their security practices.
  • Conduct market research on cyber security needs and AI opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies and programs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales and marketing teams to influence roadmaps and ensure successful program execution and Go-to-Market (GTM).
  • Deliver training and tools that empower partners to effectively integrate, sell and provide AI-powered security services.
