Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Ads solutions in Measurement, Creatives and Media strategy.
  • Experience in business with a focus on proactive problem-solving and organizational excellence.
  • Ability to analyze data to prioritize a book of business and deliver comprehensive post-sale reporting for external customers.
  • Ability to develop relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders, leveraging business acumen to align solutions with client needs and objectives.

In this role, by conducting regular phone consultations and business pitches with a large portfolio of clients, you will establish relationships. To operate in a changing environment, reaching for ambitious business and productivity goals, you will use your business, problem solving and objection handling skills. Providing Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes, you will use your influencing and relationship-building skills. You will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their marketing objectives while driving incremental revenue deals through our industry leading advertising solutions using your commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
  • Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers while maintaining account hygiene.
  • Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, handling objections to achieve business growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign data to ensure performance is accurately tracked and deliver measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
  • Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
