Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
  • 5 years of experience working with or supporting advertising products like AdWords (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile), Google Analytics, with various online advertising models (Search, Display, Shopping, Mobile, Video etc).

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising/marketing, consultative sales or business development.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline or clients.
  • Knowledge of performance and brand marketing strategy, how they influence one another, including an understanding of measurement of video.
  • Understanding of search and the digital video landscape, including YouTube, DV360, and other video platforms.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of your accounts, analyze campaign performance and grow existing goals in-quarter through upsells and data driven recommendations tied to the customers business and marketing objectives. Ensure our clients are following Google best practices in setting up and managing their accounts.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Google advertising products (performance and brand) and identify forward thinking opportunities to grow our client's business. Possess excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively articulate their value and impact to clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, authentic relationships with clients and agencies, proactively understanding their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Balance proactive service with reactive communication. Must be willing to travel for client meetings.
