As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. As a Technical Program Manager, you are a bridge between hardware engineering and global operations. You are the primary driver for serviceability by design, ensuring that server products are optimized for manual intervention and future physical automation. You will lead high-impact projects that transform how our data centers operate, focusing on areas such as NPI, new automation concepts, and acceleration opportunities. You will not just manage projects, shape the narrative, structure the strategy, and ensure our innovation pipeline delivers measurable results across our global data center footprint.

In this role, you will support the building and align a unified roadmap for physical server infrastructure and support automation by being the Cloud Supply Chain and Operations (CSCO) liaison to the Platforms Infrastructure Engineering (PIE) teams. You are not just a project tracker, you are a strategic architect who ensures that automation solutions are technically viable and operationally scalable. You will provide visibility into complex technical bottlenecks and driving solutions for the hardware lifecycle.
